These terms govern your use of PolyTest.io and the PolyTest API. Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Agreement
- By using PolyTest (website or API), you agree to these terms. If you're using the API on behalf of a company, you represent you're authorized to bind that company.
Use of the service
- You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use the API for your own apps, backtesting, and analysis.
- Don't abuse it: no reselling raw data as a competing data product, no scraping our systems, no bypassing rate limits or authentication.
- Keep your API keys secret. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Data & IP
- Our data, docs, and branding are ours. You keep ownership of what you build on top of the API.
- We provide market data as-is. We don't guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular trading or investment decision.
Disclaimers
- Not financial advice. PolyTest is a data API. We don't advise you to trade or invest. You do so at your own risk.
- Service is provided "as is". We'll try to keep things up (see our SLA on paid plans) but we disclaim warranties to the extent allowed by law.
- We may change or discontinue features with notice where reasonable. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination & law
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using the service anytime. Governing law and dispute resolution will be set out in your plan or, if none, the laws of the jurisdiction where PolyTest operates. For questions: contact us.
